Today has been better than any of the days in so long.
I put my 2 weeks in on Friday and today I walked in to work and my boss said she made arrangements and didn’t need me after today. Okay, lady. So as of today I am a free bitch, baby.
AND THEN while giving out my babysitting business card to a parent that works as a professor at FIU, I asked her what she teaches. Sociology. HELLO. I want an Anthropology degree which falls under her department. I told her I have plans of going to grad school but need to get a good GRE score to start applying because my undergrad gpa is low. She quickly gave me her contact information and said she could get me into the school of Global Studies…guaranteed.
I am freaking out right now.
